The Wallflowers – “Reboot the Mission” – Glad All Over (2012) The Wallflowers are back with a new record, the group’s first since 2005’s Rebel, Sweetheart. Glad All Over, recorded in Nashville, is set for release on October 2nd on Columbia Records. Check out the album’s first single, “Reboot the Mission,” with a dub-y shuffle that recalls the reggae leanings of a certain British punk band called the Clash — one of whose members swings by to lend a hand on the track. “It made sense to us to ask the mighty Mick Jones to partake,” Wallflowers frontman Jakob Dylan tells Rolling Stone. Jones, the Clash’s former lead guitarist, plays guitar and contributes vocals on the single. The goal is to be “a rock band that could make a dance track too, without crossing over to the extreme side,” Dylan says. But the Wallflowers’ willingness to modernize their sound does not translate to their wardrobes. One trend that they will not be following is skinny jeans. “We dress age appropriate,” Dylan says, laughing. Fans have been waiting for something new from the Wallflowers for seven years, but for the band, the wait since they finished recording in February has been the most challenging part. “We’ve been patient,” Dylan says about getting to play the new material at upcoming concerts, “And we could not be more excited.” Visit www.thewallflowers.com to download a copy of Reboot the Mission for free!

no copyright infringement intended Patrizio Buanne – Amore Scusami My love, forgive me, I didn’t mean to have it end like this, I didn’t mean to have you fall in love, in love with me. My love, please kiss me, arrivederci amore, kiss me, remember when we part, you’ll have my heart, I love you so! It was just a slight flirtation, that was all it was to be. How could I know this fascination would turn to love for you and me. How to tell you of my heartache? How to tell you I’m not free? How can I bear to see your heart break, to see your heart break over me. Amore scusami se sto piangendo Amore scusami, ma ho capito che lasciandoti io soffriro, Amore baciami, arrivederci amore baciami, e se mi penserai ricordati che amo te. I love so, I love so, I love so!
