@NCTaikoDrumboy Pretty sure a flathead mill is just that – use a milling machine to surface (remove) head material by a few thousandth of an inch – thus reduces the overall height ( where it bolts to the block) and increases expansion chamber compression.

@retiredLEO Do you blame Obama for every red light you have to stop at? How about if it rains on your day off, Obama’s fault too?

is it strokin four or stroked and bored?

“She’s ported and relieved and she’s stroked and bored…”
Sounds like you gotta give the Model B a flathead mill, and then put her THROUGH the mill to get all those bells and whistles. I wish I could understand all this customizing jargon…

It makes me sad to know that kids born around now wont know what its like to feel lake pipes roar… And that excitement these days is driving a prius… Sad sad day has come.

@rodney810 Exactly. I think people forget the era of this song sometimes. Just like today where a lot of us own 80s and 90s cars, these guys owned 30s and 40s cars a lot of the time and suped them up on a budget.

@SonnyAndCher8Michael – Actually it kind of is in the fact he is singing about how great his car is. It’s nothing wrong with that though, it’s a great song!
